Watch, Care en Learn

Wacalea offers project-based assistance to people in disadvantaged situations.

Wacalea was founded in 2011 by four passionate people. People with their own unique background who all contribute in their own way to this foundation. Travel experiences and various volunteer experiences of the board members led to the ambition to also mean something for people in a disadvantaged situation for the long term. Central in all those experiences were hospitality and that we can learn a lot from each other.

Local small-scale projects can be supported by collecting money and knowledge. We do not say how something should be done, but support local initiatives. In addition, we help the local population to continue this independently so there will also be a safe and stable living environment in the future.

Wacalea foundation stands for: Watch, Care and Learn!
